Monday 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Using Hip-Hop dance styles this class will boost your stamina and core strength. This high energy class will get you moving. Fun & Easy dance combinations are taught after a uplifting workout. Class is open to all levels!


Adult Bellydance fitness

Wednesdays 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Adult Ballroom dance
Thursdays at 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Introduce yourself into the world of dance as communication.

Adult Lyrical Jazz with conditioning

Saturdays at 12:45pm to 1:45pm

Class starts with conditioning to strengthen and tone, lengthen and stretch.
Combinations are lyrical and contemporary styles which bring out your flare.
