Focusing on technique and style the students gain valuable knowledge in grace, style, posture and muscle development. It is imperative that the dancers know how to take care of their bodies as it is their tool in this art form. Continuing with creativity, dancers are lead to higher levels of improvisation and beginning steps in their own choreography.

Students will learn the fundamental principles of modern dance while working on musicality, spatial awareness and physical dynamic range. The classes are also designed to foster and develop each students creativity through imagery and structured improvisational excercises.
An energetic and fun class which offers a variety of jazz styles while focusing on technique and performance. Muscle development is equally as important and is shared and taught in Jazz as well as Ballet. Each week dancers learn different combinations and work on them until they are satisfied and have accomplished a series. They are also lead through improvisational tools and games to improve their own story telling through dance.

An upbeat and popular class, students will be lead through a series of warm up exercises to ensure they are ready to dance. Short combinations are lead to introduce steps and rhythms which then are used in a larger dance which students are then encouraged to perform for each other.
