Ballet Bootcamp

  Uses ballet technique and dance conditioning excercises to lengthen strengthen and tone muscles.  Participants will train like a dancer, sweat and explore the art of ballet.

  • Tuesdays
  • Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Beginner Silks for Adults

  Focus on building core and upper body strength. Learning various climbs and conditioning exercises using the aerial silks. A great way to get in serious shape quickly!

  • Wednesdays
  • Time: 6:30pm – 8:00pm

Jazzy Bootcamp

  Designed to improve cardio vascular fitness, increase strength and flexibility and maximize calories burned while learning a dance combination set to upbeat music
  • Thursdays
  • Time: 6:15pm – 7:15pm

Modern Movement

  Using the styles of Modern, Hip Hop, Jazz  and Contemporary. This Fun adult class is guaranteed to get you moving with confidence. Focusing on mobility and well being of our bodies while heightening our own energy through movement.
  • Thursdays
  • Time: 7:30pm – 9:00pm

Try a class for $20.00. If you like it the $20 goes towards your Class pass of 8 $135 or Class pass of 12 $190.00!! Class passes can be used on any Adult dance class!!! Come out dance and have fun!!!

Description:
A fun and upbeat creative movement class for girls who love popular music. Using child friendly hip hop and pop music children will bring creative play to the next level. Students begin to learn more in-depth combinations with focus on basic Hip Hop/Jazz technique and gaining strength and agility.
