Ballet Bootcamp

This class uses ballet technique and dance conditioning exercises to lengthen strengthen and tone muscles. The class incorporates ballet, pilates and yoga, focusing on core strength, resistance training and proper technique/alignment. Participants will train like a dancer, sweat and explore the art of ballet.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

Cheque orĀ  Interac E-Transfer. We do accept PayPal on smaller amounts.

What is your Refund Policy?

Classes haven’t started: Full refund less $25 admin fee. After two classes there will be no refunds.

I have registered online now what?

You will receive a confirmation email after you have registered. Please note this holds your spot in the program. To secure your spot please make sure to pay at your earliest convenience.

Is a confirmation email all the information I get before the registered program?

Generally we send communication regarding the class/camp/activity the week before it happens.
